Ollin Athletics and Sports medicine specializes in working with active individuals who like to keep moving. Our staff of doctors, certified trainers, coaches, and instructors are dedicated to getting you to the top of your game and keeping you there.
Advanced Performance Program (ages 12-14) (60-75min) OLLIN’s Advanced performance program starts to incorporate more advanced movements and exercises. Athletes will be introduced to weight training and will become competent in lifting techniques. Athletes will also continue to build on the foundation competencies including: speed development, change of direction, and proper movement patterns in the weight room and in their respective sport.
Elite Athletic Performance Program (15+)(60-75min.) OLLIN’s Elite Athletic Performance Program is a multi-faceted approach to improving an athletes overall athletic ability. The intention of the program is to improve the athlete’s movement efficiency, work capacity, power output, speed, change of direction, and strength. Programs are designed with each individual’s sport, position and specific needs.
Adult Fitness Program (60-75min.) OLLIN’s Adult Fitness Programs incorporate all aspects of fitness in order to help you reach your personal fitness goals. These programs are designed to help improve movement quality, build functional strength, and increase overall work capacity.
Ollin Boot Camp (60min) OLLIN’S boot camp is a fast paced program designed to increase your cardiovascular capacity, teach you to move, while improving muscular strength and endurance.
Team Offseason / In season Training (TBD) Teams can train at Ollin Athletics between 2 to 4 days a week. Training are scheduled to coordinate with team’s practices for convenience and will be programmed to peak athletes for key competitions. Packages and scheduling are completely customizable.
